Physical Therapy

Learn how to take control of your pain with a one-on-one evaluation with our Doctor of Physical Therapy.

With our physical therapy sessions, you will learn the causative factors behind your pain, how to manage your symptoms and develop a treatment plan to keep the pain away. The goal is to provide the patient with a less traditional, more holistic approach to health in conjunction with rehab therapy aiming to provide relief without the use of medications and surgery.

Our patient centered approach uses both holistic health and physical therapy interventions to improve your quality of life while allowing you to return to the sport or life you enjoy without dysfunction.

Our Treatment Model

Our goals are to get you out of the medical system and back to the sport and life you enjoy without the use of medication or surgery. With this, we are considered an out-of-network clinic. This means we don’t have any direct contracts with insurance, and that’s a really good thing for you. With this, your physical therapist is able to make decisions based on what’s best for you. You will spend the full hour with a Doctor of Physical Therapy each time you enter the facility and costs are upfront, honest, and transparent.

Your out-of-network physical therapist can provide you with all of the necessary paperwork to submit for reimbursement to the insurance company once your deductible has been met. If the patient hasn’t met their deductible, private pay physical therapy will be cheaper per visit than pursuing insurance. Luckily, there are some ways to offset high deductible insurance plans. Health saving accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA) can be accepted by your self-pay PT provider. These accounts are provided by an employer as a way to help with medical costs.

Manual Therapy

Each patient receives hands on care with our manual therapy sessions. Soft tissue and body restoration techniques performed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy are scientifically supported, specialized and highly-effective interventions.

Do not wait until you are injured to give your body the attention it deserves. Preventative and maintenance body work is perfect for the individual who wants to enhance sports performance, maintain tissue and joint health and move and function with enhanced quality. Some of the intervention methods we provide include:

• Cupping
• Dry Needling
• Myofascial Release Techniques
• Trigger Point Release Techniques
• Joint Mobilizations
• Therapeutic Massage
• Manual Stretching
• Soft Tissue Mobilizations

Based on the needs of the individual, our manual therapy is tailored to provide the proper care to effectively treat and maintain function throughout the injured portion of the body. Dry needling, for instance, is utilized to treat myofascial pain on knotted areas, or trigger points, that a person may have. The use of dry needling is incredibly useful when correcting these trigger points and relaxing joint problems, tendinitis, night crams, phantom pain and more. Our cupping therapy also aids in facilitating healing with increased blood flow.

Corrective Exercise

For individuals that are looking to fix imbalances and improve their health and fitness, we offer corrective exercise programs to aid in your journey. Corrective exercises are extremely important to any client that may be suffering from several dysfunctions such as:

• Imbalanced Body Posture
• Muscle Imbalances
• Compromised Body Movements

Our facility offers a comprehensive corrective exercise program to treat these issues. These exercises are prescribed from a corrective exercise specialist to reinforce good habits, strength, and stability within a pain free range of motion. This gives the patient the opportunity to take control of their pain and return to life without discomfort, as well as improve and gain a healthy balance in their everyday routine.
