About our Practice:

Crew Racing and Rehab was founded in 2014 with a mission to empower individuals to meet their performance potential. We do this by offering high-performance endurance coaching and physical therapy. Our goal is to help runners, triathletes, and active individuals troubleshoot injuries. Too often, athletes are sidelined by injury because they don’t know where to turn for advice.

We create a safe space with our patients that allows us to have open and honest discussions. Our goal is to help every individual who walks through our door gain clarity on their situation. Injuries, lackluster performances, and pain are things we help patients transcend so they can lead a healthy, active, and fulfilling life.

To Be Successful In This Position You Must:

  • Be licensed or eligible to obtain your Ohio Physical Therapy license.

  • Have a passion for the treatment of endurance athletes and active individuals.

  • Support and contribute to the company’s purpose, vision, and be aligned with our values.

  • Build lasting relationships and trust with our clients through open communication and empathy.

  • Identify the client’s internal problems, speak to their “why” and determine their goals.

  • Provide an exceptional client experience.

  • Provide expert level care during patient encounters which include initial evaluations, follow up sessions, and telehealth.

  • Enjoy a small clinic feel with big business ideas.

  • Contribute to and participate in clinical in-services, newsletter writing, social media marketing, educational workshops and community events.

  • Meet personal and team revenue/sales/productivity targets and performance-oriented quotas.

  • Keep record of client interactions, complete documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner.

  • Be upbeat, friendly and willing to participate in social media and in-person educational services. Education is a big part of how we communicate with our clients via newsletter, marketing, and social media presence.

  • Be open and dedicated to personal and professional growth.
