Welcome to the 2020 Crew Racing and Rehab team application! We are excited to have you as part of our team and to represent Crew this season. Fill out the form below so we can learn more about you, your vision, and how we can help you achieve your goals. We will contact you once we receive your application.

We believe in a close coach-athlete relationship and have limited availability on our roster. To ensure long-term success of our athletes, we ask you devote 6 to 12 months of committed coaching by filling out this application. This allows our coaches to appropriately plan your season, assess any previous injuries, and build physical and mental resilience on your athletic journey.

The cost to join our team is $150. This will include:

The team application will be open through the November 30, 2020. Our team partners for 2019 are listed below and we expect them to be similar for 2020.
